Back up your data
Use the in-app backup option to create a ZIP file containing available vehicles, reports, settings and receipt images. Store the file somewhere you control before resetting a phone or uninstalling the app.
Restore a backup
Choose the restore option and select a FuelTrackr backup file. Restoring replaces current application data only after the backup passes validation. Keep an additional copy of important backups.
CSV export
Exported CSV files can be opened with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and compatible spreadsheet applications. If characters appear incorrectly, ensure the importing application uses UTF-8 encoding.
Receipt images are missing
Confirm that FuelTrackr has the required camera or photo permission and that the original image remains available when attaching it. Receipt inclusion in a backup depends on the image being available to the app.
A report will not save
Check all required fields. Total Cost must be greater than zero. Empty, zero and negative values are not accepted for new or edited reports.
Clear all application data
The Clear All Data function permanently removes local FuelTrackr records after two confirmation steps. Create and verify a backup first if you may need the records later.
